We eagerly anticipate our upcoming baby dedication ceremonies and feel privileged to join you in this significant step. At least 3 pictures of your baby by Wednesday before the date of the dedication.

Indicate the number in attendance so we can reserve seats for all of you.

Also, to celebrate this special occasion, as an option, we would love to invite family and friends to witness your public expression in dedicating your baby by sending a personal email invitation from Fayette Family Church. Please provide us the names and email addresses
